Roberta Ann (Hill) Reed

Roberta Ann (Hill) Reed, 63, passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2022.  Roberta was born in Houma, Louisiana on April 28, 1958 to Herman “Bud” Hill and Mattie “Betty” Hill.  She is survived by her husband, Darrell, and two daughters, Dr. Chasey Reed (Rueben Sanchez) and Tyra Wheatley (Lawrence); four grandchildren, Allyson Kabboord (Kyle), Jarrett Boston, Joseph Reed, and Lauren Wheatley (Steven Vavricka); one great-granddaughter, Penelope “Opie” Kabboord, and was excitedly awaiting the arrival of two additional great-grandchildren.  Roberta also leaves behind her beloved dogs Lucille, Jammer, and Buster.

The family wishes to thank the doctors, nurses, and staff at Wilbarger General (Vernon), United Regional (Wichita Falls), and Medical City (Denton) for their care and compassion.

A memorial service will be held at Emken-Linton in Texas City on Friday, April 1, 2022 at 2:00 pm.
