Micheal C Taylor Sr., 74 , of Texas City passed away on Wednesday April 27, 2022. Mike was born in Lampasas Tx on May 24, 1947. He was retired from Amoco/BP as a pipefitter and was a devote Christian who worshiped our Lord and Savior at First Baptist Church in Texas City. Mike Honorably served in the United States Air Force and was a strong supporter of veteran's charities, in particular The Wounded Warrior Project.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Emken-Linton Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Hayes Grace Memorial Park. Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Emken-Linton Funeral Home in Texas City.

He is proceeded in death by the love of his life, Mary Taylor; parents, Homer and Billie Taylor; brother, Phil Taylor and his in-laws, Francisco and Estella Garza.

Survivors include his sons, Michael and wife MerIbeth, Bobby and wife Jenny; grandchildren, Michayla, Alissa and husband Ray, Mavrick, Alexa, Max and Gunnar, and great grandchild, Kooper; brother, Richard and wife Louisa; sister-n-law, Belinda Taylor.
